Accessibility Statement
Last updated June 2026. Questions can be directed to hi@pallyfi.com.
Accessibility is central to Pallyfi's mission. We work to make our website accessible, usable, responsive, and compatible with assistive technologies.
Our commitment
Pallyfi is committed to providing a website experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people who use assistive technologies, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice input, captions, and other access methods.
We believe accessibility should be built into how digital experiences are designed, developed, tested, maintained, and improved.
Accessibility standards
Our goal is to align with recognized accessibility best practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, with a focus on practical usability and inclusive design.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review the website as content, features, tools, and documents evolve.
Accessibility features
The Pallyfi website includes accessibility-focused features such as semantic structure, visible focus indicators, keyboard-accessible navigation, responsive layouts, skip links, clear headings, accessible form patterns, and live region support where status messages are used.
Assistive technology compatibility
We aim to support modern browsers and commonly used assistive technologies. We consider keyboard navigation, screen reader behavior, zoom, reflow, form validation, interactive tools, and mobile access during review and refinement.
Documents and downloads
Pallyfi provides downloadable resources such as accessibility checklists. We work to make these resources usable, readable, and practical. If you need a resource in an alternative format, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to support your request.
Known limitations
We continue to improve the website and may identify areas that need refinement as the site grows. Some third-party tools, embedded services, or external links may not be fully controlled by Pallyfi.
Feedback and support
If you experience an accessibility barrier on the Pallyfi website, please contact us. Include the page URL, a description of the issue, your browser or assistive technology if relevant, and the format or support you need.
Response process
We review accessibility feedback and make reasonable efforts to respond promptly. Where possible, we will investigate the issue, identify a practical resolution, and improve the experience for future users.
